Refund Policy

If you opt to cancel the service, you may be eligible for a refund. If your passport and supporting documents have been received and submitted for processing by Emirates Visa Express at the time of cancellation, no refund will be issued. However, if the submission hasn’t been processed at the time of cancellation, you’ll receive a partial refund after deducting a $25 processing charge. No refunds will be provided for applications that have already undergone processing.

Cancellation

Can be initiated by contacting our service lines. However, please note that Emirates Visa Express cannot process refunds for credit card payments older than 40 days under any circumstances. In such instances, a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through Emirates Visa Express may be issued. This credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

No refunds will be issued for processed, rejected, or approved applications.

Processing Time

Visa and passport processing times quoted by Emirates Visa Express are approximate and based on standard processing times provided by the UAE immigration department. Processing time commences from the next business day following the successful submission of documents and payment to Emirates Visa Express for “Same Day” and “Next Day” processing options. Emirates Visa Express, or any affiliated entities, will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, financial losses, or other damages due to denial or delays in approvals. Service fees will not be refunded due to processing delays or visa application rejections.

Fees and Payments

Upon online verification, your credit card(s) will be billed immediately. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services Emirates Visa Express offers. Additionally, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges related to the purchase of any products or services. Please note that requirements and fees for passport and visa processing are subject to change without notice, including immigration fees, processing charges, and documentation required for visa issuance.
