Since it shows up as a person's name on caller ID, I believe people are answering the calls. I feel Specialty Travel is using Century Link's customer database of disconnected numbers to not be known. This company calls using an automated dialer and a recorded message with no operator on the line when the phone is answered (in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act). When you do, eventually get to an operator, the operator refuses to provide a physical address when asked (as required by the TCPA - and as 100% of legitimate businesses will gladly do). This company claims they are in partnership with the Federal government providing contracts to small businesses and organizations, but this is clearly a scam. The Federal Government requires those they do business with to comply with federal law, which this organization clearly does not.
